Polish Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz revealed plans for the army to acquire a substantial number of FlyEye sets in the upcoming years, with a total of 400 sets, equating to 1,600 drones. These machines will serve various purposes, including reconnaissance, and will be utilized by units such as the Territorial Defense Forces.

During the contract signing ceremony, the minister emphasized the high quality of FlyEye equipment, noting its successful deployment in Ukraine. He assured that the sets supplied to the Polish Armed Forces will undergo continuous enhancements to ensure optimal performance.

According to the Ministry of National Defense (MON), deliveries of the latest versions of the FlyEye system are expected to be completed by the end of the current year. In November 2023, the army received five upgraded sets, advancing them to the FlyEye v 3.6 version under a contract signed in December 2022. These upgrades included enhancements to navigation systems, increased security measures, and integration with the Automated Fire Control System (ZZKO) TOPAZ.

WB Group highlighted FlyEye as a versatile and advanced solution suitable for a wide range of tasks. The system has been adopted not only by the Polish Armed Forces but also by the Border Guard and other uniformed services worldwide. Its battle-proven capabilities ensure mission success even in environments subjected to intense electronic warfare.
