Commenting on this innovative approach, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba highlighted the importance of embracing technological advancements to enhance diplomatic capabilities.

The use of an AI-generated digital persona for consular commentary is primarily a time and resource-saving measure for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ukrainian diplomacy is now enhancing its capabilities and making a technological leap that no diplomatic service in the world has made so far,” he wrote in a statement on social media.
The project was created by “The Game Changers” NGO with support from “Nazovni Tech,” underscoring the importance of public-private partnerships in driving technological innovation.
To maintain authenticity and transparency,
the Ministry has taken measures to ensure that only original videos featuring Victoria Shi contain a QR code linking to the official ministry website. This page hosts the text of the statements, reinforcing the credibility of the information provided.
